Tonto, jhild posted that, in his opinion, not releasing clean audited financials could undermine "The Big Squeeze". Tonto, do you think that they will buy back all those shares and whether there will be a shorting campaign to offset any price rise. The additional shorts in this one do have a vested interest not to see a significant rise in price. If they do, would you recommend that sll shareholders order their stock certificates to ensure that they did not buy air from their brokers. Just curious as to your opinion. Rich_1 Well I suspect his biggest problem is likely getting audited financials without an adverse opinion. Coupled, in my opinion, with the disclosures that would be necessary to explain the real disposition of the shares that he is trying to call back in and the terms of the Preferred conversion. Releasing this type of information could greatly undermine "The Big Squeeze".
