Tonto, jhild posted that, in his opinion, not releasing clean audited financials could undermine "The Big Squeeze".
Tonto, do you think that they will buy back all those shares and whether there will be a shorting campaign to offset any price rise. The additional shorts in this one do have a vested interest not to see a significant rise in price. If they do, would you recommend that sll shareholders order their stock certificates to ensure that they did not buy air from their brokers. Just curious as to your opinion.

Well I suspect his biggest problem is likely getting audited financials without an adverse opinion. Coupled, in my opinion, with the disclosures that would be necessary to explain the real disposition of the shares that he is trying to call back in and the terms of the Preferred conversion. Releasing this type of information could greatly undermine "The Big Squeeze".

Tonto, since you concur that "The Big Squeeze" is inevitable due to the 4.4 million shares that must be bought back as the catalyst, do you also concur that it really does not make any difference as to what products the companies sell and that if the company were to come out with clean audited financials that this should be a bonus for the squeeze. Just curious as to your opinion.
