RE 4 15/16. Actually, I have been sitting for days waiting for a drop below 4 to average down, fruitlessly.

Now that Greenspan has indicated a further rate cut delay due to G8 and the other nations dollar rate problems, the market is headed back down for the day and taking IFMX with it, if I'm not mistaken. This is unexpected. One always expects a delay in doing the right thing from the Fed in the interest of dignity and giving ample time for 'the people who matter' to change their positions. But now if we lower interest rates we disrupt the exchange rate, and global depression is apparently the threat de jour.

Meanwhile the market still appears to be a bear market, and any neutral news or no news is taken as bad news.

Today seemingly illustrates that IFMX is poised for a rally on good news, though, in a decent market. Would that we had some of that. I wish Harry Layman would comment on the technicals here. Harry?

Cheers,
Chaz
