I just opened an account, ordered a card and ordered some CDs. The whole process went fairly smoothly. However, there are some things that they can do to make the process more intuitive. I didn't like the fact that they made me select whether I wanted to use the card for a particular CD purchase. Of course I do. If you hold a card, the card prices should appear automatically when you check out. I'll send my comments to TSIG.

Price Comparison with CDNOW

customer orders 20 BMG/Windham Hill titles, 5 CD's per week.

CDNOW TSIG
EACH CD 11.49 11.49 ( 10.99 + .50 or 1/20th of 9.99)

FIVE CDS 57.45 57.45
FIVE S&H 4.97 6.00

TOTAL: $62.42 $63.45 ( $1 more, and I must still buy
15 more CDs to get the bargain )
