Paul, thanks for the tables! ALL: please take a look at this post
discussing the reversal of the NYSE bullish % count. If unfamiliar
with Point-and-figure charting, it suffices to know that the NYSEbp
is just the percentage of NYSE stocks on a buy signal. The last
time this reversed from such a low level was in 1990. PnF believers
consider this the most important signal of all. It is slow to
respond to changes.
