Deer,

Kaz is certainly holding up better then mother Russia. Last year at this
time we were mounting our ascent to $7.00 with little more then a hope
and a prayer. We did not know that oil would reach $11.00/barrel and
that the global economy would be greatly overrated and that the IMF
would stand for (In My Face) and that Billy Boy would be on the brink of
Impeachment. Not to mention various and sundry things I am leaving out.

Nonetheless, we were delirious that our little AIPN was now a full
fledged number 1 appreciated stock for the year 1997. Well now everyone
expects only the worse going forward. Well we were wrong last year and I
propose this company has a lot more going for it then a wing and a
prayer and that despite GF's mistakes at financing we are more then in
the game at this point. I think like all good contrarians that the price
of OIL which is now looking to break through $15/barrel and that the
global economy which everyone is giving up on will right themselves and
that the irrational exuberance of late 1997 will be replaced by the
reasonable expectations that will allow for sustained growth and global
prosperity. Yea I know what you are all saying but the negative feelings
that you have are a real buying opportunity for those who can see more
in front of their face then their nose.

AIPN is a steal at this price. IMHO.

See ya and good luck, may we live in interesting times.
