Mr. Mitchell, Tonight I met with Dr. Jorge Daaboul of Children's Memorial hospital. Dr. Daaboul is quite enthusiastic about the applications of TON with pediatric diabetic patients.

Bmart, as I wrote to Riley G, all this RMIL thread stuff about you being the same person as Pugs is getting me quite confused, and I'm sure others as well. Could you please -- finally -- set the record straight on this?

1. Has Pugs (aka Gary Dobry) ever used your account from which to post messages on SI?
2. Is it just you or also Gary who has the relationship with Dr. Daaboul. If both of you do, was it you or Gary who gave Dr. Daaboul ToN to evaluate, and, if it was just you (as the above referenced post indicates), was Gary with you at the time?

- Jeff

The financials will only benefit the squeeze.

Not so if the Emperor has no clothes. It will only fuel the shortholders resolve to not cover. The only sure way to reduce the short is to have AZNT move to the status of high growth company. At this point the only thing that has been growing to date has been the number of outstanding shares. (Oh, I know all about the conversion, so don't even twitch your fingers, BMboy. The financials will in theory have to disclose the conversion terms at some point. And the EPS/diluted share will have to represent this number accurately as well.)

So do you figure that AZNT is going to release audited financials without an adverse opinion attached?
