That is your opinion.
SI I beleve makes the decision, but I think that there would be a problem in justification to sanction the conduit, whoever it may be.
See, the guy/girl is not breaking any rules by allowing it.

This is not the same as allowing a registered rep to post, the registered rep could/might be in serious trouble, but NOT the person that allowed him/her to do it.

the registered rep to my understanding must make a copy of EVERY post that they make, and their compliance department MUST approve it.
If they DON"T, then I believe they are in violation of the new NASD rules.
That however is the only difference between the two circumstances, I think.
It has nothing to do with the member.
