I believe that Tucker was involved in an illegal bank loan with David Hale. Something that had nothing to do with Whitewater, Castle Grande, the McDougals or the Clintons. Look it up. Just because some reporter sloppily called it "Whitewater-related" doesn't make it so. Doughboy.
