I got last share 100 shares. With an additional 2 million coming in after the close. Were those buys or sells?

Does anybody know when ARET plans to start buying back those 16-18 million shares? It was mentioned that when they do they'll have to buy at the bid. Sure would be nice to know that it was their buys of 1.5 and 1.8 million at the close instead of somebody selling that many!
