Sam; Here is an example of specialist control. At 3:45PM the stock was 23 the volume was 1.6 million and at the close the price was 23 13/16 and the volume was 1.824 million. He waited to put the big block through at the last minute. Why? I don't really know. I think, he wants to keep the stock quiet for the time being. PHOTOMAN/William Epstein

Sam SEG looks to be oversold short term and is now subject to a decline greater than market if market declines. It has no support below 23 despite the recent trend up. DD sector continues to show little upward movement and along with SEG needs sales and earnings improvement or we are stuck in a trading range. I was lucky enough to get in close to the bottom at 17 and now I am considering a quick profit and a wait on the sidelines. Earnings outlook concern me. Rap
