<< is it safe to buy back at these levels >>

Haven't I read dozens of posts by you that say it's safe to buy DELL at any price, as a year from now it will be a bargain ??

I think you answer your own question. I understand you would rather buy lower, to limit your margin usage, but my thinking says, if you are that sure the share price will rise, why risk waiting ? So you take a chance, but you may have to purchase at a higher price. Yet you are sure the price will go up. It seems to me you are taking a huge chance in hoping to buy the shares back cheaper. It may happen, but if the stock price is gonna rise, you are missing on potentialprofits while you wait. But the end result is this...you think dell will be at $90 next year....BUY NOW. Why risk missing the boat...when the stock is at $90, you will think it was foolish that you risked profits to save a buck or 2 a share.

good luck
