His counsel exhausted every avenue available at that time to exclude the line of questioning, and once that was lost (or shelved, actually), to have the testimony effectively sealed and protected until the judge did rule on materiality. You must not know what collateral means in a civil suit. The Lewinsky matter was unarguably collateral - to the central of issue of whether Clinton did or did not harass Paula Jones. Not Lewinsky. QED. Of course you think the Lewinsky matter was relevant to Clinton's credibility. You love the prejudicial effect. It helps you hope bring other people to the same sort of prejudice you already have regarding whether Clinton forced himself on Paula Jones in some way. You are the same extremist here that you were on the Loral thread. Where you were, if you recall, told repeatedly to go away because people got so tired of your extremism. At least this is a political thread, so you can't be accused of insisting to talk about off topic issues, as you did there, for a very long time to the universal annoyance of all. Hi Everyone (from Nancy), Does anyone remember about a year ago a woman in the military that was given a dishonorable discharge for adultry? The irritating part of it was Mr. Clinton supported her humiliation and discharge while he was having adultry with Monica. What a hypocrite!! The fact is the law was brought out to say that a high ranking military personael could not remain after having commited adultry. This is the highest military office. The future scandals of Paula Jones and God only knows how many other women will come forth to reveal his reckless behavior and distract him from performing his work and bring the Office to further disgrace. This is a sad hour for our Country IMO, Nancy
