I too went to MicroWarehouse to fill my order. PCCC was to give me a $100 Gift Certificate for my trouble, but never sent it; did not properly credit the return merchandise on my Amex bill so I had to write Amex a detailed letter etc(not to mention the numerous letter to PCCC). It's hard to get customers back if you don't treat them right. I think they have good intentions but the software system and/or growing pains are hurting them or will hurt them. Good Luck, Doug
