Phil,

nothing special. CPRs offer a fractional payment measured by the revenue of a branch, or product or. The Baxter CPRs offer a payment on sales of the co. they acquired in May, 1998.

Not much worth, if there are no corresponding sales. Ceiling seems to be $2. Still a bit expensive toilet paper for USc 9.

Just popped up on my screen and you were the first person I found that mentioned it on SI. Looks like they are basically worthless for now unless they can sell whatever it is they need to sell for these things to be worth something.

Noticed it because of volume and last several trades appeared to be all buys.

Some people will buy anything

Doesn't mean you cant make money on the thing.
