Besides, NSM never had the cash needed to manage it's own business much less pour it into Cyrix. Intel has tremendous amounts of cash and it's not like 3Com is a loser company. They are profitable. They have established markets. Intel and 3Com will be stronger together than they would be by themselves alone. It is a tremendous fit. Do you think Craig Barrett is a gambler? Don't you think that if he goes after 3Com - he thinks that it is a slam dunk? Keep the faith, Mary
