Webley.

A certain level of competition is a very good thing,
especially in a new space such as this. The PR and
advertisements of GMGC, Webley and their competitors will
help define and elevate the space - a rising tide
lifting all boats. Therefore, I'd say Webley's push
is a good thing!

Of course, it's best to be the leader in this market.
With its technology and partners, GMGC has the inside
track to take that position.

Has anybody ever heard of Webley before?

<"Since its founding two years ago, Webley Systems
has been a classic "best-kept secret." Patricof is funding Webley because we
believe it's going to revolutionize telephony by using the Internet.

"We also have confidence in Webley because its service is
stress-tested.The system has been up and running for a year and the platform
upon which it operates currently processes millions of calling minutes a
month.">

This sounds very fishy to me. Sounds like what is called 'vaporware' in the software world."The platform on which it operates", which is unnamed, could mean the internet, cisco routers, worldcom, etc.
