2 things to keep in mind:

1. "concert" type funds, that invest in other funds, just means you're paying another layer of expenses, thus cutting your overall profit.

2. AARP is a highly political organization,with left-wing positions which go way beyond what you'd expect from an organization ostensibly for the elderly. So, when you patronize them, know what you're supporting.
