If he has $95 as a target price, would you have believed him? Actually Nesbitt Burns (Canadian Brokerage) had a similar target price some two months ago, which would have meant that it had reached its target price and was basically a sell.

Paul,you know Faber, Kernan and Haines don't have those Penguins on squawk box on CNBC for nothing ! It is in reality an accurate portrayal of the analyst behaviour in my view. They wait until Cendant is down huge, cut in half or worse then issue a HOLD or a Sell. I have some of the same problems with the TA crowd stating if stock xyz (now at say 25) breaks above 32 its a buy, upgrading after the stock has already moved.
