I don't know that it's a good idea to read too much into GS being a large net seller of ATY recently. It could simply be that they had one large client that wanted out of the stock. If you think about how well this stock has done lately, it's easy to see why a mutual or pension fund, etc might want to lock in some profits and wait out the uncertainty in the markets. They could always buy back ATY later at a potentially lower price. Or, they could use the cash to buy some of the really banged up stock bargains that are starting to surface out there.

I doubt it's a GS "conspiracy" or anything. Instead it's likely more GS clients wanted to sell vs buy right now.

I would be a buyer at any price below $15
