Jeff, What are your current thoughts on OZON? There are a lot of rumors on the Yahoo thread about running out of cash real soon, and companies not willing to invest in the technology if they don't have to. You were one of the original posters on this thread and I am curious to what you or any large investor in this stock has to say. What are their options? Small contracts here & there will only prolong the agony.

Sorry it took me a while to get this reply done. I was posting on another thread about another company I hope is going in the other direction. First lets start by posting the post that seems to be alluding to OZON's upcoming demise from the Yahoo thread:

Just got off the phone with OZON stockholders relations rep. and sad to say per Ms. Mondis Nkoy cash down to about $100,000. employees cut from 25 to 10 with a bi-weekly payroll of $15,000. If they don^t get a contract and I mean substantial of 500,000 or more they are out of business in the next 90 days or less. It^s a damn shame as the technology is there but no one wants to spend the dollars as of right now to bail them out. Good hunting, Fred.

When was I in Salt Lake City? A month ago? Bill Stoddard told me they had enough cash for 5 to 6 months on a shoe string budget. I really don't think Bill is a major BSer, but who knows. You know what I think is happening? OZON is having trouble getting a major deal done. None of the small deals they might sign will really help because you have to figure it's probably no more than a 15% profit margin on any deal. The company needs money, I don't doubt that but they still have some time. Something just doesn't add up between what I was told and what we are hearing now.

The problem is not the technology because ozone will kill bacteria.

OZON has been oh so close to making the really big deal that will make it all possible. If the technology did not work then why would Cool Care agree to a joint venture. Unfortunately it's all testing so far and not enough real sales. OZON is not going bankrupt tomorrow but it sure sounds like they want us to believe they are.

Regards, Jeff
