Reread the quoted paragraph, and just for a second imagine soup had sent it.... Do you find it as annoying as before? Why? .... Now replace the "I would buy it if it was a pentium" with "I just bought one for my mom". Do you find it annoying?

Excellent point and it is correct, to a degree. However my complaint was really about your posts as a whole-not so much one post in particular. But you do have a point.
