ER, they didn't say they weren't biased. Salon is just a counter-weight to Drudge and the American Spectator and other right-wing rags. It's got fairly good reporting (unlike Drudge) but I don't think of it as anything more than a polemic. As for the squealing about a smear campaign, I think that the GOP better back it up before they throw that around. Look, everytime Drudge reports something damaging, you don't see Democrats screaming about Starr running a leaking ship, do you? Republicans have to expect that the press will turn its guns on them. This is just the beginning. Doughboy.
