El Matador, From what I am aware, all involvement has been run through proper compliance channels. This person has a fraction of a percentage point interest in this fund. As the executive officer of go2net, I get monthly reports of market maker activity and ownership of our securities by firm. The information that I have access to dictates that what has been discussed has no semblance to reality. Aside from the fact that what has been discussed is factually incorrect, it just doesn't make any sense. Again, I am somewhat limited in what I can say, but I hope this helps you reach a conclusion on the reality of the situation. Regards, Russell
