zonkie, as you may have noticed I have asked the same question many times, to no avail. The other question which we needs an answer to is: "why did the company issue stock for which it has not received payment for"? That statement was made by bmart and others many times when they said that the shares were issued for the purpose of doing a private placement. In the real world private placement shares are issued for cash with cash and shares changing hands upon closing. Where is the money from the private placement and where is the money from the proceeds of the sale of the shares?
