Tom,

You are correct. MS did acknowledge (in my August conversation with him) that some insiders have sold shares. He himself had sold no shares as of that time.

He didn't describe the sales as the "we've gotta eat" variety. In fact he made no such assessment of why any insider sold. He simply said that some had sold.

I would also like to know the details of the recent Edgar filings, but I personally do not have a subscription.
