Let's be fair. SB Live execution was pretty mixed... they missed the deadlines completely.. and had a one quarter hole which they failed to explain to investors until pretty close to the end.. As for MP3 player, I'd agree that it is just a short term issue. It is simply too commodity to be able to make good margin for any conceivable period of time to impact proper company valuation. The Taiwanese can come in and cream the market any time on this product. Why bother with the legal risk aspect as well ?

Aloha everybody.Iwent over time and sale in the last 20 minutes 190k shares were sold at 9.375 and actualy today a lot of big blocks on the sale side.I also talked to Creaf,not impressed for this Q they still don't know how this Q will be .It is strange cause Creaf in Singapore wants to go up but can't because of Nasdaq and here they are selling like Creaf is in trouble but the sky does't fall at least not yet.If it closes below 9.00,I will sell all my position which is huge and get out cause saw the same thing happen when it fell to under 15 from 20 area.
