<<How can you determine if someone is sincere before God or not? Only God is worthy to judge a persons heart and sincerity.>>
I agree with you one hundred percent. I was just saying I have witnessed comments that taken in and of themselves testify to insincerity. I gave an example, of the attitude of a campus crusader and I know this is not representative of all Christians.

<<I am not saying Christians do not do horrendous things for we all know some of the history but I do say that Muslims are no better and being cold in heart and self righteous is the bottom of the barrell.>>

I battle constantly with this issue. There is a geo-political identity that is easy to label as Muslim. Likewise for Christian. The fact is my God is the God of the Universe. It is rare but I do find true understanding of that concept in both Muslim and Christian circles. The majority of people on the planet seem to prefer the tribal geo-political definition to the simple understanding that there is a God. There is no God but God. We've all known it all along regardless of which book we're most aligned with. The messengers of God and the Scriptures are a bridge from that innate knowledge of our faith to direct us in daily living (if we so choose). Oh well, whether I like it or not the geo-political perspectives and definitions carry far more wait in the world that the truth. But you might agree the issue in the geo-political sense always boils down to realistate and social prominance. Say, isn't that equal to worshiping the world materialistically. Satan must be enjoying his time with our generations.

I know myself people and I know other Muslims and based on behavioral observations, I again agree with you. True Muslims are concerned with whether or not the religion is a devotion to God, as I would expect from a true Christian. I am not the judge but I do care. It is very obvious that many declared Muslims are so as a product of their birth and heritage and the main theme of there religious practice is alliance with the culture (including religion) of their ancestry, and against others. The same is true of Christians.

So when we talk about what those Pakistani's are like, lets remember Jeffery Dommer. Is that what those Americans are like and thus Christians? No.

When I here some goof ball from the other side of the planet call the USA the "Satanic Snake of the West," I don't align myself with him just because we have both declared ourselves to be Muslims. And when I here some American with fingers pointed in that direction say nuke em all, I do not align my self with that person just because we are both Americans.

There are over 1 billion Muslims in the world today. Interesting, the the culture is practically hidden from our texts and other media except for the handful of non-representative, Tyranical leaders and terrorists.

We hate them. I know some Iraqi refugies. They left because of hate for Saddam Hussein. They had hopes in the world justice that we claim to stand for. Over the last few years they have waited while the children of their brothers and sisters have been starved and killed by illness as a direct result of our economic sanctions. Over 4 million deaths directly attributed to the sanctions at this point. Whew, talk about mass distruction. It is getting old listening to the government talk this way when we are becoming the biggest perpetrators. Everybody knows it is all over oil. Right?

Just for the record, extremism is forbidden in Islam. It is also forbidden to target innocent creatures as a military strategy in war. That includes children, old people and others, every creature including crops. We are told that we have a right to stop someone who is committing evil, but as soon as they stop we have no more right to act against them. Are there violations. Obviously there are. That is the way God made things, he is perfect. For every act that is forbidden there are examples of violations, otherwise we wouldn't be directed to learn and witness from creation. We could just stay in monasteries with our nose in a book. By the way, that is forbidden in Islam too.

As far as the Web page goes, I feel awful when I hear or read things like that. I'm sure you know that the media has a tendency not to report on similar instances against Muslims. There are many.
