Tom - I tend not to post much, but I am beginning to get the strong feeling that there is some insider manipulation and 'cooking the books' going on with this stock. The lack of response by their 'PR' person is more of the same kind of behaviour coming out of this company. The 'Stock dividend' that was promised and not delivered, in a different company no less! also is very odd. Not showing the costs for that stock is very strange and finally, having some no-name auditor from Podunk Georgia is the final RED FLAG. I would suggest we start gathering a list of the shareholders of the company and communicate our concerns to the SEC. Perhaps they can get some response from the company. Other than that, we may just as well write off our whole investment. I got into this stock at close to $2.00 on the basis of the Telcom contracts which now appear to be vapor. I'm still in, but looking at legal and SEC options. Those stockholders that are lurking and feel screwed by this company can e-mail me and I will work on a list for future actions.
