The danger from E is that he will talk your ear off. If you ever talk to him long distance, make sure that it's on his nickel and that you pack a lunch. Seriously. I think the net crossing borders and cultures is a good and broadening thing. Hatred comes from fear of the unknown, and the little wires help us to know stuff and to meet others. It's still pretty homogenous around here, the great majority are Americans or Canadians - look at you and I, you're the only Arab I know of and I bet you don't know another mejicano. But that will change as time goes on. Oh, there is one guy from Abu Dhabi (sp?) who posts on bld and wim, I guess he's an Arab. Still, the preachers and the mullahs and the demagogues have a lot of power yet, best we don't hold our breath waiting for the world to get perfect ... cheers, Wizzer
