Next week, Sept. 24 & 25th. If action dismissed, the status quo is maintained, albeit with a possibly reluctant partner. If successful, 60% interest acquired for a song. Either way costs should be relatively low given the quick trial date. Atna's year end cash should still exceed $16 million IMHO with good exploration results from this years drilling, Palmer results yet to be received and Dominican Republic drilling to come this winter.
