He acted as a broker for the sale of AZNT 144 stock. After he left Wellrich could not legally deal securities and their contract was no longer binding.

That is a very interesting interpretation of how contracts work. Assuming that Mr. Shurr was the person who actually transacted the stock purchases, the fact of his leaving Wellrich does not in and of itself necessarily void the contract between Wellrich and AZNT. If in fact the Wellrich clients actually purchased the shares directly from AZNT, it is not clear that this constitutes a breach. Unless there was contingency language that covered the specific requirement that Wellrich acted as broker, it is difficult to believe that the contract could be unilaterally re-interpreted.

I realize it is pointless to expect you to back up this assertion with the specific language in the cancellation section of the contract. Lord knows we continue to await the cessation of your stonewalling on the Exclusive License.

Mr. Bmart,
you said>>>>.I hope this answers your questions.<<<<<<

A few of the things that would concern me about AZNT......

Wellrich, Fasano, Zapara, bad checks, bb, no filing, incomplete filing, auditor quiting, 3 TAs in 1 year, nevada corp., shares outstanding unknown, dilution rampant, 100 million cap, lawsuits left and right, Charlie Kris., stevia, cure claims, Icabod, nepotism, export agreement, but right now I would like to hear about you and Dr. Daaboul..

Did you know that only 15% of an iceberg sticks out of the water? Is this the tip?

good day sir

zonkie.....

Where'd you get your law degree, bm? You're once again making some pretty categorical statements, aren't you?
