Hi Dennis. It would make one wonder if they could compete with TSIG's prices. It is sad to see from an investors standpoint, but the price of CDnow stock on July 6th was $24.50 and it closed today at $9.00 down ($0.25) or a (2.7%) loss. Overall that is a 63.27% drop in just over two months.

In comparison TSGI stock on July 6th was $0.40 and it closed today $0.255 up 0.035 or a 15.9% gain. And down only 35.25% vs. 63.27% for CDNW.

Much better odds with TSIG I would say.

Regards,

Bill Fortune III

Don't forget that CDnow, Music Boulevard, etc., are burning through money to pay their marketing bills. Their marketing model is much different from TSIG's -- far more costly. That's why it's plausible to think TSIG can charge less and become profitable.
