Well, I have loaded up on this for a number of reasons...and solid DD ain't one of them. First, the Company is doing deals(and with Freddie Mac and Washington Mutual no less). The news releases, even discounted, are awesome. There is no need to do detailed DD.Putting it in print is a commitment that leaves the principals open for inspection and liability if they are lying. Second, at 1 cent at least, it has a Rasputin like quality...it won't die. This does have that in common with PRWT. Third, someone is definitely shorting this stock. Jens has verified the share counts and besides, if the company was dumping, they wouldn't do it at the end of the day...every friggin day. They are shorting and then covering on dips, while many longs are buying on dips and selling on any pop. Fourth, RS is unlikely because if it were to have been done, it would have happened already. Rather than distribute my limited funds across multiple BBs, why not roll a chunk into a few, of which ARET is one. JMHO TG Every $10MM in originations can deliver upwards to $300K of revenues plus annual servicing revenues of $25000 which will only grow...and that is just the mortgage side of it.

Hi Dusty...or should I call you run:) It has always been a concern that many start to sell before we hit our full potential. It will continue. But many are longs here. I have been here for a year on 9/21. I think if you can hold on for a while longer you will be pleased. Melinda
