Well bgtit, it is surprising to see you still in the batter's box for Michael Sylver's team. Who are you still soliciting in good conscience for this non-dilutive financing on behalf of AZNT in light of Michael Sylver's judgement history? Or are you now getting compensated directly? You have indicated that you were not a promoter of AZNT, yet you continue to advance their cause. One is compelled to conclude that you are financially aligned with them on a more continuing basis. You have indicated that there is this three page Exclusive License, that has this language granting AZNT has this grant from the Government of Brazil. Will none of you ever identify this language or admit that indeed it is not an exclusive license. I might point out that such a license could have potentially large and positive material impact on the value of AZNT. There is no official statement of it's existence. If it does exist it should be disclosed. If AZNT will not officially make this claim, then at this point it should be denied on the record. As to this Wellrich issue, I am unsure exactly it's relevance, except insofar as it is another possible demonstration of Michael Sylver's business practices. If the arrangement is as BMart suggests, these shares cannot be part of any freeze at the DTC, as they may have been transacted directly with AZNT in the first place. Denying these sales to Wellrich customers will give new meaning to Ask The Indian. AZNT would look like Indian Givers as well. As to Icabod, he's on your team, . . . please.

Why are you insistent on seeing the Wellrich agreement posted yet you refuse to post the exclusivity agreement? To say you will fax it is a ruse to identify those requesting the document. You have not made your identity known yet you are probing for others to identify themselves.. why is that? Although you say you are not a promoter, your postings at the beginning of this thread are in line with what promoters do. They speak for the management and encourage others to buy into the stock...so that insiders can sell into the hype. How is your role different from that of any other paid promoter?
