I agree, I doubt if the Board of Directors are in a hurry to vote for additional shares and/or a split. Next year and a stock price over 100 makes more sense..No compelling reason to split in the near future.

Re Splits:
Last 5 year split history: splits, each 2 for 1.
Share prices were about $32 and $62 respectively immediately prior to the effective dates of those splits, so I've been kind of looking for a split announcement soon, absent a severe drop in the market. But But Bill Fischofer has an interesting point.
