I suspect that Maxam expected to continue testing until the air quality permit/consultant issues clashed. Again check with Runyon. I'm comfortable with the explanation I got and don't feel screwed over. I bought a lot of shares near $0.75, I could easily get bent out of shape if I even suspected a snow job. Sometimes crap just hits the fan.
