Just my opinion here folks, but a gap up usually occurs when people place open market orders before the opening bell. The MM's can obviously see these orders in front of them before the bell, so they "gap up" or "mark up" the price.

IMO, there looks to be major accumulation going on here. Buys are far outweighing the sells right now. I also wouldn't be surprised if some of those sells were actually the company buying back shares.

I normally don't like to buy into stocks with huge floats, but it looks to me like management has their act together here. Count me in for 50K long, FWIW.

Happy investing everyone.

Here's some background when spreading the word :-)

The life of a construction business is very dependant on customers being able to obtain funding - There is one good resort project which is almost a year old and have not found funding yet. (further is in one of the posts i posted from Steve SSPARSONS on the info thread).

The coop with the Nations and tribes with FAMC is fabulous - It is also a long way to go - Many small projects - need to be spiced up with a few huge ones - Like the Manitoba resort - But preferably 100% funded by the customer.

I have no doubt that ARET have made a super concept for those low/mid price houses that makes the construction profitable and reduces overhead to a minimum.
IMO a good rule for doing good construction business in a company of ARET's type is to have 20% of the number of projects generating 80% of the revenue - Small projects needs relatively more overhead, but they are needed to keep the equipment and business processes running - Idle equipment and administration is a useless cost.

Right now we hear a lot about the FAMC - The reason is as mentioned above - The ability to get projects funded is important - But I am sure (if I have assessed Delmar correct) that Delmar is working hard on obtaining biz for the rest of the group too. I do hope that issue will be approached in the upcoming CC.

In addition, I have great hope that agreements similar to the Chickasaw and Chocsaw ones will be made with Formerrey in Mexico - creating a year round flow of work.

For FAMC, we have heard that Dustan is negotiating with yet one tribe - The last 10MM$ will hopefully go to that one - After that the trick is to obtain further guarantees and go for a deal with the Navarro(?), which I think is potential of more than double of the 3 together.

Any Native here please add opinion/correction to my thoughts.

Kind regards
Jens
