Clearwater Nickel Project

The most recent document from KRT is the quaterly report of June 30, 1998.

"During the 2nd quarter, Phase 1 of the 1997 exploration program was completed at the Clearwater Nickel Project. This consisted of line cutting and ground geophysical surveys. No new work was done in the 2nd quarter.
To date, the Company has paid acquisition costs and funded exploration totaling $901,140 on the Clearwater Nickel Project. In order for the Company to complete its 50% earn-in, the Company must fund exploration costs of $1,500,000 on or before September 18, 1998."

On Tuesday, August 11th, Cameco Corporation announced it had acquired 100 percent of Uranerz Exploration and Mining Limited (UEM), Saskatoon, Saskatchewan and Uranerz U.S.A., Inc. (UUS), Denver, Colorado from their parent company, Uranerzbergbau-GmbH (UEB). Cameco now holds Uranerz interest in Clearwater.
