Hao, the price AWRE is at today and any other day is based on the collective guessing about the future by all players in the stock. Stock trading and investing is all about guesses.

Deployment of the first mass ADSL is just weeks away with BEL rolling it out in October. There is tremendous pressure to innovate. Congress is holding hearing right now on re-doing the telco communications act of 1996 because things are not moving forward fast enough. GTE/BEL need to demonstrate that they will innovate and not hold up progress. BEL and GTE testified at the hearing yesterday along with Consumer Union people countering the claims of progress. GTE talked about how much money they are putting in rolling things out.
