<<<< I'm hearing strong rumors about some nice developments that I think will really make BUGS look much more attractive very soon...<<<<

Sounds good to me.

But with respect to the stock market, I would prefer to lose everything rather than have our Constitution, our legal system, and our respect for the Presidency compromised in the way that those who advocate a pragmatic approach to this assault on our system of government suggest.

Basically, Clinton declared war on the Judiciary branch of government...a war that he was able to wage because he is the Chief Law Enforcement Officer. The FBI reports to him.....Justice reports to him. He abused his authority over these branches of government. This is a serious crime....making war on the Government he swore an oath to protect.

Impeachment is warranted and necessary. It will happen short of a resignation.

With regard to the situation in Washington, Clinton is using all the forces at his disposal to try to silence and destroy all those who are a threat to him. I've read that this was his tactic in Ark. and used with a great deal of success. Unfortunately, a number of members of his own party are no longer on his side in this matter. The attempts to smear Henry Hyde and others, who are in a position to vote on impeachment, as well as peripheral matters, I expect to backfire, particularly with his remaining congressional supporters. Just ask yourself, how many persons serving in the U.S. military has been kicked out of the service for less? Any officer accused of what Clinton is accused of, and admitted, having done (without considering the perjury, obstruction of justice and other criminal charge) would be military history, without an Honorable Discharge. Should the Commander in Chief be treated any differently? Of course we won't get into how much of our national security has been compromised in exchange for Chinese political contributions, nor how much more damage could be inflicted on American national interests over 2 more years.
