md, I would be surprised if there was "sell on the news" because such settlement news has been sought for so long, that a lot of money that wanted to get into MO have been waiting for some certainty on the legal front. Well, the news will officially bring such certainty, thus the upward momentum that has been building, IMO, are people who are confident that there will be a settlement announced very soon and are trying to get in before the news breaks. IMHO, when that news breaks, all of us longs should sit back, crack open a High Life and light up a Marlboro Red after eating a few Oscar Meyer franks, and bowl of Black Cherry Jell-O for dessert. Patiently waiting for the news, and runnin' to 7-11 for a carton of Marlboros... I've never smoked before, but think I may light up just once if a settlement is announced.
