Glenn, The scorched earth comment I was referring to was made earlier this year in response to a question about a possible takeover. He stated clearly that he would sabotage the company if that ever happened.

By the way, I am also quite optimistic about Newbridge as we go forward. They have done a lot to improve things at the company, brought in fresh blood, put some of their fiascoes behind them and appear to be on the road back. The stock will rebound once these initiatives become more apparent.
