My computer also shut down tonight for the first time when I did a scan. I rebooted, rescan, and got the error message in the b's, I clicked it, and the scan completed.

All:

I also ran into a problem with BMY. The dialog box had a title of "debug". The text was 998 37255590. Once I ok'ed it, the scan continued without error. A do nothing scan was able to access BMY as is the chart program. I suspect the error is a trap that was inadvertently left in the code so at this point I'm not too worried.
