"TALKED TO MS TODAY! THE RECEPTIONIST PICKED UP THE PHONE ON THE FIRST RING!!!!! THIS IS GOOD NEWS. IT'S IMPORTANT FOR THEM TO PICK UP THE PHONE ON THE FIRST RING!!!"

lol...I forget who said something like that. Talk about easy to please! Of course if someone can always answer the phone on the first ring then that would imply they have nothing to do.
