Aren't options due tomorrow? Could this have an affect on the price (dropping)? Could it not also be possible that ECD would not make any real announcements prior to options being due? Maybe an announcement will be forth coming on Friday, later in the day as usual or after the market closes.

As far a I know, nothing has changed with regards to Stan receiving his percentage of the profits starting FY99. If we were Stan, what do you think we would like to see happen this coming FY? He has only one year and then his shares become common. Am I correct?

I am wondering what has happen to the year-end statement. What is the longest period of time they have taken to submit it? It is my understanding they have a maximum of 90 days, which is due at the end of this month.

I bought more shares this past Monday and if the price remains low, I will buy even more next week. I still remember something that Stempel stated in one of his more recent announcements. It was something to the affect of there is a lot of good things coming up. I believe his statement and it was within the last two months. Does anyone recall the statement?
