Can Anyone confirm this Customer list? I requested an Investor packet from MRVC recently and they included a list of OEM Partners and Customers. OEM Partners: Cisco? Reltec AMP, Inc ATI Fujitsu (I though they lost this one??) Newbridge Networks Corporation (I thought they lost this one too??) IBM Intel (What could they be selling them??) ADP U.S. Cost Guard TCI Nortel (Didn't they but Bay??) This publication is dated as of 7/31/98 John

You may not believe this.. But it's true.. I've a few friends at the FCC. Sometimes they answer my "sneaky" questions. If there's anybody out there who sincerely cares enough to help discover what's really out there in the way of technological communications engineer's patents and such; challenges from CSCO or any other BiG tALkINg enterprises to supplant today's technologies, supply bandwidth with whatever fatter and faster mechanisms of visual entertainment, tell George Gilder where to get off when the FCC can't meet his expectations for the future and keep their cushy jobs at the same instant, what the heck with a big F the SEC and DOJ are really worth in the way of trouble to all the members of the communications industry, well... just keep me informed on this board and I'll do my best to do what I can to get back to you. I'm only one person.. But your friend, Marty
