Dennis,

ENVY

ENVY technically bounced off the low $17.25 at the beginning of sept.
and moved up to the current $29+ level. At this point, ENVY has
tagged the upper BB and the RSI has been so-so at 55+. ENVY should
cycle downward from here. In fact, after many up days it did drop -1
7/16s today. It looks like a move towards the $22 range is possible
by next week. That should be about right to recover some of the lost
value for your long OCT. 20 PUT originally @ 1 7/8s. Currently, it is
at 3/8s. You may be lucky to get 7/8s if it does drop.

BFT

Bally is an interesting! A fairly good growth rate of 21.67% but not
worth a premium 39 P/E vs. an industry 18.6 P/E. BGT is moving up in
price steps against the upper BB and the RSI is hardly breaking a
sweat at 55. So, it may continue to move up in the zig-zag fashion.

In the mean time, that long PUT @ 1 1/8 is now worth 7/16s. You may
want to bite the bullet on that one!

NYSE: (BFT : $19 1/8) $393 million Market Cap at September 17, 1998
Trades at a Premium PE Multiple of 39.0 X, vs. the 18.6 X average
multiple at which the Sports SubIndustry is priced.
