well, I think most people who have followed this stock and understand this sector (as I'm trying to do) understand that once animal trials begin (couple months or less) and initial results begin to show promise.. more than likely ... a big pharm company would come in and buy out or partner up with SGNC...

no big pharm company like ELI or BAXTER is going to wait until the product is finished to buy it.... if they did, they'd have to pay top dollar and compete on the open market...

instead, you buy early... accept the risks of failure and then further fund the project to see if you can get the product to market..

pharm and R&D companies have had several hundred million dollar failures of late... for the exact same kind of product... blood substitutes... only SGNC's product differs completely in the way it's made.. and SGNC is the ONLY one to have gotten the 1st generation of their product approved in Japan.... they are underway with the 2nd generation product now..

could it take 2 to 3 years to get to market... sure... is it likely that if testing goes well that we'd have to wait that long to see a buyout offer or some institutional buying??? very unlikely...

probably talking 4 to 6months... the real questions get answered when animal testing results become made (as they occur)

but obviously somebody knows something... after all, CNN(fn) is about to feature SGNC's doctor this monday... so if you have cable and get CNN's financial network channel.. please tune in and report back here... thanks and nice to see we've rebounded off the low of 18cents... volume picking up a bit too recently... anyone notice that?

jim

Otherwise I may just mark this one on my calendar to check back in 9 months

In 9 months you will have missed the boat...at least the 28 cent a share boat...you will still be able to buy it, but for a tad more....:)
