I did not vote in 1992 and 1996 for the presidential elections.
I voted for Davis in 1994 for representative.

In Texas, we have to elect judges,too. Very difficult if you've never gone down to the courthouse and listened in on each judges cases. Who has? The Committee for a Qualified Judiciary...poll of lawyers...bipartisan. It is a help, and so is the Womens' Guide to Voters...there are many resources to exercise your rights.

Again....anyone at all out there that goes to there precinct meeting?
