bmart and ..., help us out here. You post the following: And please tell me, if there was an arbitration hearing and a judgement against Wellrich, why is Wellrich filing an 'Order to Compel'. AZNT had no binding contract with Wellrich, did they Ms. Shell? Why is Wellrich going throught the expense of filing with the court an order to compel if there is no valid reason to? What is "irrelevant" is your bashing, the float is held in safe hands, far removed from S.I. and will be called into name when the company instructs. 4.4MM+ shares must be bought in the open market and returned by Sept. 30th RB You and Rich <s> never qualify the statement that 4,400,000 shares must be purchased. That is important to the squeeze. How do you know no shares are in hand? There has been a release by the company regarding the ruling. If as stated is true, I believe there is cause to pay close attention to this stock as it will in that case go up significantly for awhile. I hope it does. I am not sure what will happen because of the inventory issue. Can you give us more details regarding this?
